Who's that girl!

Before we get this party started I wanted to tell you guys a  tidbit about me. 


My name is Natty (as most of you know already), and I call South Florida home. 

I have been an athlete most of my life, I ran track, cheered, danced, and I even dabbled in flag football . 


During my sophomore year, in high school, weight training was incorporated in our workouts to prepare us for track season.  Unknowingly, Coach Bell & his militant training routine would forever change my outlook on strength training.  In due time, I noticed that I really enjoyed challenging my body and pushing it to the limit with various strength training exercises.  Fast forward, I started  my undergraduate studies at Florida State University  (GO NOLES!). While there I continued  to work out, mimicking most of the techniques I was previously taught and incorporating some of my own.  Not only did these workouts invigorate me, it also subsided  the homesickness that would creep up unannounced. Doing ‘stadiums’ at Doak Campbell quickly replaced the stair master, and increased my strength and endurance.


Though I have been working out for over a decade I recently started to upload pictures and videos of my routines.  I started to get a lot of inquiries from people seeking fitness advice. Though I would love to help everyone individually, I decided to build a platform to assist people from near or far.
